Bio
Born 2 B is a London-based UK Hip-Hop artist, rapper, producer and songwriter whose recording career stretches back to the early 1990s. He provided the lead vocal on NW1’s “The Band Played The Boogie,” released through Ninja Tune before NW1 evolved into the internationally successful Us3. Blending Boom Bap, Jazz-Rap, conscious lyricism and Golden Era influences with a distinctly British perspective, Born 2 B continues to build on more than three decades of Hip-Hop history. Following his 2025 album Blue Notes, Beats & Rhymes, he returns with “Top It Up,” the first single from his forthcoming album Original Olde English.
